Tim is a first class electrician who not only takes pride in his work but he is very informative as to what he is doing. He tries to keep the cost to a minimum by informing you to other alternatives to achieve the same outcome. His work is of a very high standard and cleaning up the mess as he progresses. He told me that he is not the most expensive Electrician and also not the cheapest, but for me and my wife he was in fact the cheapest, and his work was outstanding. He came out when he said he would and gave me a prompt estimate for a fair price. The work carried out was excellent. He also checked that all earthing and the fuse box was correct. He undertook the work neatly, minimising the impact on our house, tidying as he went and arriving as promised and letting us know exactly when our electricity will be off and for how long causing the minimum of disruption. Tim did two jobs for me... one on a price and one on dayworks. The one he did on a price, he was very thorough and the job became more complex than we had envisaged, but he still completed all the work conscientiously to a very high standard, at the agreed price. The second job he did on an hourly rate, he worked very hard and gave great value for money."

We wanted to bring the lounge of our old 1930's house with 1970's decor into the new millenium, but wanted a contemporary / classic fusion. He worked with us from the earliest design stages (not just the electrical side) to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and was always prepared to let us tweak and change our plans right up to the last minute. The result was exactly what we had hoped for (even better to tell the truth!) and he has since completed a total rewire on the rest of the house for us which has also been completed to the highest standard throughout.
