In light of the new Covid-19 variant strain, and its increased level of transmission, we have taken the difficult decision to offer an emergency only service at present.

We believe this is the only way to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and their families.

 

Where we have staff available, and can be assured of a covid-secure working environment, we may be able to attend in the event of an electrical emergency.

 

When you contact us we will run through a short number of questions to help establish whether we are able to attend whilst keeping both you and our technician safe.

We will continue to monitor scientific / government advice before making a decision as to when we will be able to recommence previously booked "routine" work, and we will be contacting all customers in this category in person to discuss your individual situation.
